Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CashFlow, a product of Pocket Pass Digital ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CashFlow is a personal finance management application that allows you to track financial accounts, record transactions, set goals, create forecasts, and manage household finances using the Stock & Flow method. The service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use CashFlow
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

Free Plan: Provides limited access to CashFlow features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify the free plan's feature set at any time.

Paid Plans: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Plan Changes: When upgrading or downgrading, prorated credits are calculated based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle and applied to your new plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Trial: New accounts may receive a trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan or continue with the free plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure
• Scrape, data-mine, or automate access to the service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

CashFlow, its logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Pocket Pass Digital. You retain ownership of your financial data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of CashFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using CashFlow, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CashFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. CashFlow is a financial tracking tool and does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Pass Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CashFlow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Philippines.
